We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience whilst we completed our investigation and contacted impacted customers.
Our team have identified the issue and implemented a fix. The intermittent errors customers encountered when retrieving and posting transactions were the result of an isolated database issue impacting the Sage 50 Connector only. Our Support team are currently contacting all customers that were impacted. Apologies again for the inconvenience this has caused. Our team are currently completing a root cause analysis and we will post a further update asap.
We have received reports of issues connecting the Sage 50 connector and posting expenses to Sage 50. Our team are currently looking into this and we hope to have an update very soon. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing.
