Azure have now updated their documentation regarding the correct settings to connect to ExpenseIn via SSO.
Following the changes made by Azure, we have asked them to update the settings for our Azure Gallery application. Unfortunately, this will not affect customers already using Azure to connect to ExpenseIn and they will need to update the SAML Reply Urls manually to include a single endpoint as detailed per below:
ACS/Reply URL: https://app.expensein.com/samlcallback
If you need any assistance updating your settings, please contact our Support team at support@expensein.com.
We have identified an issue that is affecting some customers signing into the ExpenseIn web portal via Azure SSO. You may be receiving a 401 error response.
It appears Azure have made a change on their side that is causing this, but we are still investigating the exact cause. You can resolve this issue by updating the Reply Url settings within Azure and ensuring that only one entry exists with the value 'https://app.expensein.com/samlcallback'. The Azure documentation (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/expensein-tutorial) lists two Urls which is incorrect.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may be causing and will update you as soon as we have more information.
