Incorrectly flagging Spend Control declines
We are aware of an issue affecting a number of cardholders, where our partner Stripe is incorrectly flagging Spend Control declines even when transactions are within the configured limits.
Stripe is currently investigating the issue. In the meantime, please contact our Support team if you would like to discuss this further or require assistance.
