Our technical team have now found the cause and addressed the issue causing the slow down this morning. As a result, our product update including our latest split feature has been reinstated.

We have now identified the cause impacting page load times on the web portal. A release over the weekend has been rolled back whilst our technical team investigate further. All systems should be operating normally but we will be monitoring this closely.
