Following yesterday's outage, all services remain online and we are observing normal error rates across the platform. Response times are also within normal ranges.
However, the required maintenance task is still running and this may cause some intermittent connectivity issues as it moves through the different phases. Our engineers are monitoring this very closely to ensure it is progressing correctly with the least amount of impact on the service.

Services are back online whilst the required maintenance task completes. We believe the task is in the final stages and as a result have taken the decision to bring the services online again. We are continuing to monitor closely and may revert this decision if the services cause an issue with the completion of the required maintenance task. The additional maintenance operation is taking longer than expected and as a result, users are still not able to access the system. Our engineers are monitoring the task and progress is being made, albeit slower than we would have hoped. We will provide a further update once we have a clearer indication on the completion time.
