IRIS have informed us that since 14:45 the API is now fully operational. Any employee syncs should run again over night catching up with any employee changes.

IRIS have confirmed that they are experiencing some issues with the Cascade API. We are monitoring this closely and will advise when the API is fully operational.

Investigating

We're currently seeing Bad Gateway (502) errors when syncing with IRIS Cascade. Employee sync operations may fail during this period.

Initial indications point to an upstream issue with the IRIS Cascade service, but we are still investigating to confirm the root cause. All other platform functionality remains unaffected.

We'll post an update as soon as we have more information.
