Our receipt scanning functionality is now fully operational through normal business hours.
We are pleased to announce that our normal receipt scanning hours will resume from 3rd August 2020. You can find out more about our receipt scanning process at https://docs.expensein.com/en/articles/2298156-how-does-receipt-scanning-work.
Due to the ongoing situation surrounding COVID-19, we have adjusted some of our working patterns, in particular for our receipt team. As a result, receipts may take longer to be scanned but all receipts uploaded will be queued and scanned as soon as possible.
We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause and hope to resume normal service in the near future. All other services remain fully operational.
