We have now received confirmation from the app stores that the update has been approved and published. The latest version is 2.5.2 and may take a few hours to appear in the store for all users.
We have released a new version to the App Store that includes a fix for the scrolling issue. Apple can take 2 - 3 days to approve new versions and we will update you again once the updated version is available to all users via the store.
We have now identified the steps required to reproduce the scrolling issue and we can confirm that it only impacts the approval area within the iOS mobile app. We are looking to resolve this issue ASAP.
Despite our continued efforts, we have so far been unable to replicate the reported issues and we are continuing to gather information to help us identify and, if necessary, resolve any issues affecting the iOS mobile app. We will continue to update you on our progress.
A small number of iPhone users have reported issues scrolling on the ExpenseIn mobile app. We are currently investigating this as a matter of urgency and will provide an update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience whilst we investigate these reports.
