We are still waiting on confirmation from our hosting partner but we believe services are now available. We will continue to monitor the situation and will of course be requesting a full incident report from Rackspace. Once again, please accept our apologies.

We have a further update from our hosting partner that they have an issue with their web load balancer. They are working to resolve this as fast as possible.

Our hosting partner Rackspace is currently experiencing some technical issues causing our web portal and web site to be inaccessible. We are chasing them for a response as a matter of urgency.
